Woodville Accounting & Payroll is a local accounting firm based at Bretby Business Park, Burton-on-Trent, serving small and medium-sized businesses across Burton and Swadlincote. Founded in 2018 by Tracy Wayte, our practice was built to give business owners a reliable, down-to-earth alternative to large, impersonal firms.
We work closely with clients who want more than compliance – they want an accountant who understands their goals, helps reduce tax stress, and adds clarity to their numbers. That’s what we do.
Our Story
After many years in corporate finance, Tracy launched the firm with a vision of providing flexible, practical support to local businesses. Starting from home in Swadlincote, the business has grown steadily through personal service, referrals, and five-star client feedback.
Milestones include:
- 2020: Tracy’s husband Kevin joins as Director
- 2022: Move to permanent offices at Bretby Business Park
- 2024: Their daughter Bethany joins as Bookkeeper
- Ongoing: Growth of a part-time team with specialisms in tax, year-end accounts, and VAT
