Tracy Wayte – Founder & Managing Director
Tracy founded Woodville in 2018 after a successful career as a Finance Manager in the logistics sector. She is ACCA-qualified (since 2003) and a licensed accountant regulated by the AAT.
Her vision was to create an accountancy practice where small and medium-sized businesses could get more than just compliance; they could access strategic support for growth, cash flow, and profitability.

Kevin Wayte – Director
Business Reporting & Strategy | Client Management
Kevin joined Woodville in 2020, bringing expertise in business reporting, strategic planning, and client management. He works closely with Tracy to provide financial insights and support the firm’s strategic growth.
Bethany – Bookkeeper & Accounts Assistant
Bookkeeping | Accounts Support | Administration
Bethany became part of the team in 2024 after being trained directly by Tracy. She helps clients stay organised with day-to-day bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and admin support.
Known for her approachable nature and keen eye for detail, Bethany ensures that records are always accurate and deadlines are never missed.
Sakshi – Senior Accountant
Bookkeeping | VAT | Year-End Accounts | Corporation Tax
Sakshi provides specialist support with year-end finalisation, VAT, and corporation tax compliance. Their expertise ensures clients stay fully compliant with HMRC and benefit from accurate, reliable reporting.
Yoginee – Personal Tax Accountant
Sole Traders | Self-Assessment | Personal Tax
Yoginee specialises in personal tax for sole traders and individuals. This role also helps the team proactively prepare for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax requirements, giving clients confidence in meeting future HMRC obligations.
